FAQ: What are the terms of Tohfay Worldwide product return/replacement policies?
Almost all Tohfay Worldwide products are shipped from Pakistan with few exceptions. If you have a complain with any of our product received with material or workmanship defects, please call or email us and our staff will provide you with return instructions. Products may be replaced with similar products that fulfill customer's requirement or repaired/adjusted (for apparel products) to meet customer needs. You would be provided with return/replacement instructions depending upon the nature of order.
Please note: Only those products are acceptable for return which do not meet customer's original order specification or have a material or workmanship defect.
In some cases a replacement product coupon may be offered. Products may be returned for a refund, provided the product should be in its original unused form and packaging for return.
No refunds will be accepted for products delivered at incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Customers would be responsible for shipping charges for return and replacements on orders of apparel products, where the product is manufactured incorrectly due to the wrong measurements and specifications provided by the customers. Excess shipping and handling charges (for express and custom deliveries) shall not be refunded.
